Fees & Insurance Policy

• Out-of-pocket costs are collected at time of service
• We will file your claim with your insurance company.
• When using insurance, fees charged will be adjusted according to our contract with that insurance company (rates will be adjusted according to those policies).
• Your portion of  bill (if any) is based on your deductible and insurance plan. ​​
